I use Sophos. And it is awesome, easy to use, and would recommend it to everyone, including their pure message mail sanitizing program. Best on the Market, especially when used with a Barracuda Firewall.
Now My VPN policy for ALL users, is when they sign on to the VPN they have a host check that verifies
1. Anti Virus Software is installed
2. The Machine signing in has been scanned for viruses within the last 3 days prior to sign in.
3. The AV software is updated with the latest updates.
If all 3 pass, (plus their RSA Key and their Digital Certificate) then they can sign in,
If not, they go to download it.
This is just common sense in my opinion, and good practice for those of us that are short staffed and need to protect our network resources.

Assuming the goblin costs one point, let's say the villain does this:
R1T1 Collect 1 point
R1T2 Collect 1 point, summon Goblin
R2T1 Collect 1 point
R2T2 Collect 1 point
Villain now has 3 points left, see?
you guys make the rules, so anything you decide, we play by.
but that is not as you described it before: the collection of a point was equivalent to an action, and cost a turn.
actions were presented as mutually exclusive to each other, and the villain has to make a strategic decision whether to wait, and get points or to do something, and use the points without accumulating more.. You made this very clear in several posts.
for any of his turns the villain can
1,2) summon and place a monster trap (provided he collected enough points) OR
3) move OR
4) heal OR
5) collect point
if collecting point goes on all the time, regardless of other actions, than this should be clearly stated and not presented as an alternative.
this new interpretation makes a big difference, likely tens of points through the game.

This would potentially mean that "Find my iPhone" would be free as well. Maybe?

I'm glad we finally started moving :).
We might as well keep moving forward through the door at the end of the hallway.

Yes please. The move makes sense given the Windows Live stuff MS is doing.

FB Dimms ECC are really expensive.
Anyone knows where to get them cheaper?
I plan to use 4 gig FBdimm 4x1024
and 4 750 gig disks.
Then Bittorrent wont be slow!
Newegg has 512's for about 100 and 1GB chips for $200. Way cheaper than apple's upgrades. And they are retial crucial chips...
Hope that helps. Also, I don't know about the 750GB HD's - apple only offers 500GB drives - there may be a reason for that...

Well after using a Powerbook G4 for the longest time which was given to me for work, i decided that today I would make my first mac purchase and bought the new mac pro... I finally made the complete leap and soon I will be fully rid of Windows as I will be running only Gentoo and OS X. I'm overjoyed that I will be getting my first mac however I know I won't be so happy seeing the credit card bill...heres what I got:
Two 3GHz Dual-Core Intel Xeon
Apple Wireless Keyboard and Apple wireless Mighty Mouse
Both Bluetooth 2.0+EDR and AirPort Extreme
250GB 7200-rpm Serial ATA 3Gb/s (Ill be adding in my 2 750gb hds)
NVIDIA GeForce 7300 GT 256MB (single-link DVI/dual-link DVI)
1GB (2 x 512MB)
1 x SuperDrive

Some designs changes i'd like to see (all the rest i'm fine with):
- Dust filters
- Thunderbolt ports, front and back (instead of one of the firewire ports)
- Usb 3.0 replacing usb 2.0 ports
- PSU on bottom to keep it cool
- HD's on bottom to keep them cool too
- At least one dedicated SSD bay
How exactly is a PSU at the bottom going to aid cooling? Heat Rises . . . . so anything above the PSU gets even hotter, this is why traditionally PSUs are at the top of the case.

The game will begin very soon. Here's the roles for all players:
PLAYERS:
1. -aggie- : Rosius WIZARD
2. Eldiablojoe : Dante COUPLE
3. Moyank24 : Beatrice COUPLE
4. ucfgrad93 : Rhon ADVENTURER
5. appleguy123 : Wilmer ADVENTURER
6. Don't panic : Loras ADVENTURER
7. Plutonius : Jorah ADVENTURER
8. mscriv : ??? VILLAIN
Instructions: chrmjenkins will post the opening narrative very soon. I will then post the initial map (only one room at first). You all will then designate a leader of the party, who will report to me the actions you want to take (this will not take up a turn). Finally, you will vote on what action to take. The possible actions will be:
Explore room
Go through door (specify the door)
Split up.
To report the action, the designated leader must post the message all in bold for a quicker response.

Are you serious? who cares about ipods & battery shortages when there is a crysis =/..
You've been playing too much Crysis.
I agree with you though. iPod batteries should not get as much attention when there is a crisis.

Mac Pro and Xserve have the Xeon (Woodcrest).
MacBook Pro, MacBook, and iMac will be upgraded to the Core 2 Duo (Merom).
Mac Mini will probably keep the Core Duo (Yonah).
I agree except I think they will put Conroe in the iMac.

They released the C2D iMACS altogether. I would be really surprised if they didn't do AT LEAST the same to their pro line-ups.
Except that Apple has typically released only the 15 inch model before later introducing the 17 (and 12 when they existed) when they do major updates. Witness the introduction of the Al case and the Intel switch. Of course it matters whether this is a major update. If, like the iMacs, there is not a major case redesign and it is just a processor bump then expect them to be released simultaneously. But if there is a change in case, I would be surprised (pleasantly though) if the 17 came out at the same time.

But minor speed bumps is all they have to talk about.
It was the introduction of all these products that people keep referring to. IIRC, the MacBook, MacBook Pro, intel iMac, intel MacMini did not exist before January 1, 2006. All of these products were released in this calendar year.
